- @Geographiyinitiative: Commons' policy, set out in COM:UPLOADWAR, is that if one editor thinks that a file isn't improved by being overwritten, that's enough to prevent it. In this case both NordNordWest (the original uploader) and Roy17 have clearly objected to your "improved" version of the file, and that should be enough for you to stop trying to overwrite it. If you want your modified version on Commons, upload it under a different name and update other pages to refer to your new version as appropriate. --bjh21 (talk) 17:45, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
