In 2006, I was working from a rather small and not-too-great GIF image for the text, and I somewhat arbitrarily decided to re-create the text in vector form using the "Arabic7Kufi" font, since it was on my system, and I thought it looked good and loosely approximated the style of text seen in the GIF. Now, I've seen somewhat official looking documents from Ramallah and/or Gaza with coats of arms at the top which use the same font (though with the text stretched to take up almost the full width of the cartouche), probably based on this image.
