• yes, this coat of arms is not used anymore, as a new Fundamental law of Vatican City is now in force since 2023. The new version used by the Vatican is at File:Coat of arms of Vatican City State - 2023 version.svg. See also w:en:Fundamental Law of Vatican City State and the Annex B of said law.
