According to Vector-Images.com website, this image originates from here. On that page is a description of the Soviet COA, but no references to sources of the image are provided there. It differs very much from well-sourced image. May this image be approved by any sources published in the Soviet Union, encyclopedias published abroad etc. If not, then I'll consider nominating it for deletion.
