I have reverted the version of the image with Germany coloured in light blue, as it suggests they have lost the final. The key shows light blue as "2", not "in final". If you went on this method you there would be two countries marked as being in second place the final actually occurs!! I think we will have to wait for the final to take place before any updates are done. When the results of that are known, the two countries involved can be filled in dark and light blue respectively.
