Tassels on hat

I believe the tassels on the hat itself should be the same colour as the cords, ie. Black, as specified and illustrated here: https://www.college-of-arms.gov.uk/resources/ecclesiastical-hats Chrislindesay (talk) 17:55, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
