Thanks for trying to resolve this, it's bothered me, too. I found a copy of the photo at Getty Images, identifying the man at right as "A. Forbes Morgan". W. Forbes Morgan was an investment banker who was Treasurer of the Democratic Committee; he became the DNC national chair for the 1936 Presidential campaign. He was an uncle (by marriage) of Eleanor Roosevelt. The photo that accompanies his obituary in The New York Times matches with this image. — WFinch (talk) 13:13, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
