There has been a slight misunderstanding of the Finnish copyright law here. Pictures are normally (excluding some special circumstances that do not aply in this case) under copyright for 70 years from the death of the photographer. —Joonasl 11:38, 22 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This statement is open to debate. Unless a picture shows creativity, its copyright expires 50 years after it was taken. This seems to be the case with this photo. See for example this photo whose use is totally legitimate. -CSamulili 14:06, 22 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
