I want request upload a new version from File:Flag of Bolivia (military) fixed.svg. I optimized and made it valid W3C SVG file, but I can't upload this file. I also requested to Requested updates to protected images. Thank You. --Tcfc2349 (talk) 08:40, 25 May 2019 (UTC)

As a result of browsing today, some files are produced by others. (File:Bandera de Bolivia (Guerra).svg) This user has modified the arms with a new file. I think it would not matter if you could replace it with this file if you can. I think it would be appreciated if you could replace it with a file that I made.  Not done No. You need to read COM:OVERWRITE. I'm not going to tell you again that different images need to be uploaded as different files. Those are different images. They are not going to be merged after I just split them. --Majora (talk) 20:51, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
