- @Ericmetro Hi Eric, is it right to characterize this image as Sodacan's interpretation of the flag? It's a dragon so I'm not sure if there was an official version because it's really hard to get it down to the minute details especially in an era before industrialization in China. - I believe there's no official spec during that period. The current version by Sodacan is based on the interpretation of an Beiyang fleet historian, which is close enough in my opinion. Ericmetro (talk) 04:58, 31 August 2024 (UTC)
License
[edit]@Sodacan: There's no such thing as a dual license CC-BY-SA 4.0 and PD simultaneously. I'm going to ignore this as error, otherwise I'd be forced to fix the PD 2016 version with rsvg-concert for a GPLv2 project with an invalid version (presumably matching the 1st or 2nd version here). –2.247.245.244 04:26, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
