Information based on the official website

[edit]

According to the official website of Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee, Blue Sky & White Sun above the Olympic rings is not the National Emblem of the Republic of China, but the very similar Party Emblem of Kuomintang (KMT), as registered at International Olympic Committee in 1981. Besides, the blue outline of the five-petaled plum blossom is broader than the red one. Moreover, the CMYK code of the blue one and the Blue Sky & White Sun is "C100-M100-Y0-K0", and different from the Olympic rings (C100-M25-Y0-K0). Note that it's the only version recognized by IOC.--Akira123 (talk) 05:37, 25 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

IOC registered version

[edit]

Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee has released an official color table (DOC document, PNG image) and emblem image (PNG) on their website.

As they stated: "本會會徽係依據1981年與國際奧會簽訂協議之會徽版本製作,為國際奧會唯一認可之本會會徽" (The emblem of our committee was drawn according to the version that included in the agreement between the International Olympic Committee and Chinese Taipei Olympic in 1981, which is the only accepted version of our committee by the IOC.). The national emblem of ROC in this IOC registered version was different from the standard ROC emblem, which is common before 1990s.

The released version on CTOC website is accordant with other source with CTOC official occasions: [1], [2], [3] and official documents: [4], [5]. --Ericmetro (talk) 08:28, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
