I would like to add the Portuguese tag / subtile "Bandeira nacional e insígnia mercantil do Reich alemão de 1935 a 1945. Tinha o símbolo da suástica inclinada (suástica nazista).}} Since there is a pre-existing Portuguese file caption, if that is more suitable, then that may be used in place of the above suggested caption.

In addition, while working on initiating an edit request for this change, I have noticed that localized file descriptions (when editing the page) and file captions (under Structured data) are inconsistent; please see the table below for comparisons. Broad changes to file descriptions and captions might be needed to fix this.
