Discussion about the colours

So the current colours were used for a while by wikipedia, but the president's website has different colours for the flag.

On top of that, it seems like most images taken in real life, have the colours on the president's website. Yes, I'm also pretty sure that Kazakh websites use these colours too. But after the revert, I had the idea to try and get a consensus on this.

New color sucks
