Update for Consideration

I would like to put forth this new upgraded file File:Presidential Flag of Ireland (Alternate).svg to replace the old version. The older version is not the correct version for the president of Ireland it is based on the older seal and contains details that are not present on the 1945 presidential seal. The new version is based exactly on the official version seen the reverse of the Irish coinage [1] while both are very similar i believe mine more closely matches the correct version.
