This image has no date, the author is supposedly unknown when his name is written in the bottom left left. It claims to be set in Haiti but nothing in the picture implies so. It could've been set during during a slave revolt in Cuba, the United States or Brazil. Furthermore, it could even be a work of fiction, no information is given. The source in the description is not even available.
My point is this image should not be in any Wikipedia articles or even be present due to its lack of credibility.
