Contest speedy delete

This image is not fair use as I took it myself. Furthermore, taking a picture of something copyrighted adds enough artistic license that it is not a derived work and cannot be bound by the copyright status of the photographed object because the bottle is not a work of "fine art" but entirely utilitarian to contain a beverage. This bottle is not on par with a picture of a mickey mouse action figure. This point is explained on Commons:Derivative works under "Isn't every product copyrighted by someone?" which lists "dinner plate" as an example and a bottle is not that far off in terms of utility.
