According to http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=1&taxon_id=250067282, Palafoxia rosea has not got any ray florets and flowers of other species of this genus are not supposed to have more than 13 ray florets. This inflorescence has got lots of ray florets. Therefore, this is certainly not Palafoxia rosea and it is presumably not even a Palafoxia species. I have not seen any living Palafoxia species so far and I am not an expert for the flora of the areas where these grow. Please check whether properly identified images of this species can be obtained under a suitable license. I am going to remove the image from Wikipedia articles as far as I can. --Robert Flogaus-Faust (talk) 10:40, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

On second thought, the ray florets may be three-lobed, thereby looking like there are many more of them. So this might be some kind of Palafoxia after all, but not Palafoxia rosea. --Robert Flogaus-Faust (talk) 11:06, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
