Doesn't exist

Greetings all, I doubt this specific flag exists. According to this 2006 law, there is a Minster of Defense flag and a naval ensign. There is no specific design for the president. This law does allow for the use of a flag on land but I have no evidence. This 2006 photo shows the regular ensign with the president at that time (Arnold Rüütel). I know this flag was on FOTW but as soon as I took over the authorship of the Estonia pages, I took the image down/made it obsolete because of the lack of evidence of this flag.
