I have just drafted up what I would for the most part call a placard advertisement, for WikiProject Kayaking. What we really need is someone familiar with GIF creation and a decent program (I made this in about 15 minutes manually), who would be willing to lend a hand in creating a new ad. The project desperately needs promotion. I think a lot of new members would flock to the project if an enticing promotional campaign was put out there.
