This picture doesn't really represent the territories or powers during the 1st World War, because there is at least one mistake: South-Tyrol and Trentino where part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire until the Treaty of Saint-Germain in 1919 and therefore a part of the Central Powers and not of the Allies!— Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.186.0.140 (talk • contribs) 06:09, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
- This is also wrong because it suggests Italy was an Entente power (which is historically inconsistent), and is ambiguous at best because "some entered later" is unclear. Basically the map lets people think the German, Austrian and Osman/Ottoman Empire were fighting the rest of the world, and that is not true.--Flammingo (talk) 23:08, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
Could somebody please set Albania to neutral. It was so in previous versions which had other mistakes so reverting to those wouldn't work. --usrlori 13:43 08/09/2012

Co-Belligerent States
[edit]There were three states existant at the time of the start of the war that fought as co-belligerents of the central powers. Jabal Shamar which is shown on the map, as well as the Dervish State and Darfur which are not. These states should be colored orange in the same way as finland and thailand are coloured blue on the world war two map to indicate there co-belligerence with the axis.XavierGreen (talk) 19:11, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
Ober Ost
[edit]Could someone add the Eastern front territory taken by the Germans at its extent in around 1917-18?--76.88.243.13 06:18, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
