Description
Español: 1er folio: Escritura del 1º de nov. de 1907 Se aclara que existe un agregado a la matriz un plano del Agrimensor D. Hilario Ibarra. Escribanía Eucebio Gimenez. Figuran 3 folios con planos. En los últimos tres (3) folios se encuentra la escritura con fecha del 16 de mayo de 1837 realizada ante el escribano público Sr. Doctor Don Saturnino, presbítero de la Santa Iglesia Catedral, sobre la venta real al Excmo. D. Juan Manuel de Rosas de una casa emplazada en la calle del Restaurador Rosas, sita en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Allí se indican y detallan las casas y terrenos linderos. La venta se realiza libre de censo, empeños e hipoteca. Firmada por el escribano público y de número, Marcos Leonardo Agrelo. Al pie de la nota puede leerse que J.M. de Rosas aclara que la propiedad, que había sido del canónigo Dr. D. Saturnino Segurola, correspondía por herencia materna a su hija, Manuelita de Rosas y Escurra.
