Deutsch: Das prachtvolle, zweimanualige Cembalo aus der Werkstatt von Christian Zell stammt aus einer Zeit, in der das Hamburger Musikleben in hoher Blüte stand. Die Instrumente Zells zeichnen sich durch Klangreichtum und prächtige künstlerische Gestaltung aus. Die Lackmalereien mit Darstellungen aus der antiken Mythologie sowie den damals beliebten Chinoiserien machen die Musikinstrumente gleichzeitig zu kostbaren Möbelstücken, mit denen wohlhabende Hamburger Musikliebhaber ihre Kulturliebe darstellen konnten. Nur drei der wertvollen Instrumente Christian Zells sind heute noch erhalten. |
